Energy saving operation strategy for cooling towers in hospitals

Aiming at the higher outlet water temperature of cooling towers in a hospital in Beijing, reforms the original system by the method of uniform variable frequency of cooling tower fans and parallel connection of multiple cooling towers. The actual operation results show that the water temperature of the reformed cooling tower is close to the wet-bulb temperature of outdoor air, which greatly reducing the energy consumption of the refrigeration unit and avoiding equipment shutdown due to overheat of cooling tower. Provides some suggestions of hospital cooling tower design and selection.
